If the customer were not satisfied with an order, he/she would have a period of 7 working days to be refunded from the date of the receiving day.

To obtain NoMousse’s current return policy, customer should email the Customer’s Service Department.

All goods being returned must be undamaged and in resalable condition in the original packaging.

All the goods have to be returned within a period of 7 working days following the acceptance date; otherwise, it will be refused and returned and all the postage costs for returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

Following an accurate examination of the goods, we will proceed to the reimbursement in a maximum delay of 30 days. We do not refund shipment expenses.
