nomOusse is a product subjected to a continuous stress effort, due to the inflation pressure of 4 bar. It works statically, except in cases where there is contact with the inside of the offroad, which produces a friction between the two. By design, the tire withstands twice the pressure of marked use.
In our workshop we make the assembly process of the assembly – valve and conduit -, quality control, packaging and shipping.
The quality controls we do are 100% visual inspection of the structure of the tire, 100% review of the cameras. Also random check valves.
Although the% of incidents have been minimal, most have occurred in the initial assembly, or successive. At nomOusse we work on four fronts, improve quality control, duct design / bonding, update instructions and, now, under warranty conditions. After more than a year of experience, the reliability achieved, already at the beginning of 2019, is very high.
With point (A) of the guarantee, we cover the initial incidents. In (B) those that occurred up to one month, where the nomOusse will have more than 500 hours under stress. The (C) is a customer loyalty offer.
GUARANTEE AND LOYALTY POLICY (SINCE 15-1-18).
NOMOUSSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS PRODUCTS WHILE IT HAS BEEN PURCHASED THROUGH DISTRIBUTORS. This is indicated on the label that accompanies the product. All claims that come to us are handled by us directly with the client. Our guarantee system is UNIQUE in the sector. No other consumable in the world of enduro has a similar warranty.
Customers should send photos and explanations of what happened to firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as a photo of the purchase invoice – not necessary for direct customers. No claims or questions will be answered by WhatsApp. If nomOusse requests it and the invoice or product is not provided, the claim will not be filed, as is customary practice in any company.
A- If product quality failure is observed, at the first assembly, replace at no cost as soon as possible. (0 Eur)
B- If the breakdown occurs within the 1st month after purchase, they may be requested to ship the product in due postage. If quality failure is observed, apply (A). If we appreciate bad praxis, replenish without cost or guarantee, prior payment of round-trip postage. (13 Eur in peninsula)
C- For breakdowns, after the 1st month and until the 6th month, if the customer reports a quality failure, they may be requested to ship the product in due postage. If quality failure is observed, apply (A). If we appreciate bad praxis, we offer replacement with 30% discount (+13 Eur round-trip freight), only once, with guarantee only for quality failures.
D- For breakdowns after the 6th month and until the 12th month, if the customer reports a quality failure, they may be requested to ship the product in due postage. If quality failure is observed, apply (A). If there is no quality failure, the customer must pay the shipping costs generated (6.5 Eur) and there is no replacement. After one year from the date of sale and being a consumable product, nomOusse is in full right and will not attend any claim.
In summary, our Guarantee is unique because nomOusse, despite being a consumable product, responds for quality failures until the 12th month. Also for bad practice during the 1st month and with a 30% discount until the 6th month.
